As a jump-off point, they share audio from a forum held this week at the University of Southern California where candidates Marshall Tuck, Assemblyman Tony Thurmond, D-Richmond and the largely unknown Lily Ploski, discussed their visions for the future of public education in California.
The forum was sponsored by Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE), a research and policy collaboration jointly run by USC, UC Davis and Stanford University, and the Center for Education Policy, Equity and Governance, a new institute at the USC Rossier School of Education. (read story)
