What can I do as a parent of 2 struggling kids 14 and 11 yrs? My son barley was able to finally get a password to log on. Now that he logs on and goes online, we thought he had been accounted for. But no! Whe’re very confused on how to get to each class. And I ask for teachers to help explains step by step instructions. Still waiting.

And my daughter struggles with problems and not understanding work. And there needs to be an online chat person, 24/7 like a hotline on screen.

Plus we’re in a very little room in a motel here in Stockton – El Camino Inn. There are other students that reside here. Some struggle and maybe 1 childs here get it.

My kids fear going back to school not only from Covid but from what’s happened to them last year, being bullied and jumped. And with that being said, my son and daughter have social anxiety and seems like they’re worried about being near others.

I want to know if there is anything that can help my kids We’ve had family loss and jobs loss and are about to be evicted.

They should have all struggling students start over. All of them – it’s pointless going back to school now. I say at least use thus summer to get school on point instead of rushing.

I ask of EdSource to help me get a support plan or guide me to some resources. My kids have not learned anything.

Thank you all to our teachers who make things possible. You are amazing leaders.
