Charter school integrates 'deeper learning'
At City Arts and Tech, one of three high schools in the Bay Area-based Envision Schools charter network, deeper learning – an approach that goes beyond rote memorization and the superficial mastery of facts – has been integrated into all aspects of the school curriculum.
