EdSource Today report on program for foster youth featured on KQED

EdSource Today Senior Reporter Kathryn Baron was featured on KQED radio’s The California Report on Monday with a special report on an innovative program for foster youth in Elk Grove schools. The program, featured earlier in a story by reporter Susan Frey, brings foster youth together in an advocacy class that provides support and a sense of family for these youngsters, who often feel alienated from their peers.

Listen to Baron’s report.
