    This was an interesting story discussing how rural community college sites have some different issues and struggles than the urban ones:

    Mendocino College is a very important site for the region; it is the only commutable college for most students in this area, and it provides a lot of expertise and training for both people looking for a path to a 4 year degree and for the lifelong learning paths outside it.
